At Jeetees (“Jeetees LLC”), we’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. While we hope you love everything you order, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. What Makes a Product Returnable?

To qualify for a return, your item must meet these conditions:

It must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition it was received.
All tags and original packaging must be intact.
You’ll need to provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

If any of these requirements are not met, we may be unable to process the return.

Timeframe for Returns

Customers have up to 30 days from the delivery date to begin a return.
This is calculated from the day the carrier marks the item as delivered.

How to Begin the Return Process

Your full name and order number.
A brief reason for the return.
A copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation.
A photo or video showing the item’s condition — especially in cases of damage or defect.

Our support team will review your request within 72 business hours and provide step-by-step return instructions.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Unless the item is being returned due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your return is related to an error on our end, we will issue a prepaid return label or refund the shipping once confirmed.

When Are Exchanges Accepted?

We currently allow exchanges under the following circumstances:

The item is damaged upon arrival.
The product is defective or does not function as expected.
You received an incorrect order — such as the wrong size, color, or product.
